Új rend Lélek által
„…megszabadultunk a törvénytől, úgyhogy a Lélek új rendjében szolgálunk, nem pedig a törvény betűjének régi rendjében.” (Róm.7,6b)
Kedves ünneplő Testvéreim!
Sokan mondják szorongattatott helyzetünkben, hogy a világ menete gyökeresen megváltozik. Nem maradhat úgy az ember életének alakulása, az eddigiek folytatása, mert mindent átírt a világjárvány, mindent megsemmisített a testvérengzés a nagyhatalmak táborában. Ennek a változásnak be kell következnie, mert már Krisztus eljövetelével ez Isten akarata is. Azonban ne gondoljuk azt, hogy Isten közelében rövidesen egymásra találnak a különféle oldalakon boldogtalankodó emberek, és Urunk árnyékában megbékélnek.
A Krisztus Jézusban életet kereső a törvénytől úgy szabadult meg, hogy az evangéliumot helyezi mindenek elébe. Eldobja magától a kiskapukat nyitogató paragrafusokat, elfordul a sátáni erőktől. Másé és mássá lesz! Sajnos a változást Szabadító nélkül remélők csalódni fognak, mert ha nem lesznek másé, nem lehetnek mássá. Kifordíthatják magukon a ruhát, de ha nem öltöznek újba, minden marad a megunt és halálveszélyes állapotban. Egyháztagjainkat is megkísérti a gondolat, ha két évezred nem volt elegendő Isten országának győzelméhez, akkor éppen most és ilyen méltatlan eszközökkel fog megvalósulni? A betegnek gyógyulnia, a vérontónak békülnie kell ahhoz, hogy járható útra és a megoldás közelébe kerüljön. Kikerülhetetlen ez a nagy energiákat elemésztő folyamat, amelyen mindenkinek végig kell haladni, mert érintettek lettünk valamennyien a modern embert megalázó nyomorúságban. Ez a modern ember eldobta a törvényt, de nem az evangéliumot kérte helyébe, hanem hozta a maga ostoba, réginél is rosszabb jogszabályait. Felülbírálják a teremtési rendet, erőltetik a természetellenest, védelmezik a törvényszegőt a jogkövetővel szemben, hogy eljussunk az ellenőrizhetetlenben az ősi káosz küszöbéig. Valóban új rendre van szüksége a világnak!
Pál apostol a Lélek új rendjében való szolgálatot említi a rómaiakhoz írt levélben. Olyan korszakról beszél, amit már a próféták ismertek. „Ne a régit emlegessétek, ne a múlton tűnődjetek! Mert én újat cselekszem…” (És43,18-19). Ennek az újnak új ruháját, új borát, új teremtését maga Krisztus ajándékozta. Sőt, Neki köszönhetjük az új ég és új föld ígéretét, amelynek hitében születik az új ember. Krisztus az új ember ebben a világban, Akinek szándéka az, hogy megszülessen az új emberiség. „…a szent várost, az új Jeruzsálemet is láttam, amint alászáll a mennyből az Istentől…” (Jel.21,2). Megújított emberek társadalma az új emberiség. Mennyből van ez, és nem emberek erőlködéséből, nem félelmek közüli menekülésből, nem divatos személyiségek ötletéből. Egyedül a Szentháromság egy, örök Isten akaratából.
Pünkösdünk legyen lelkünk ünneplő alkalma, amikor Szentlélek megerősít bennünket arra, hogy e változást remélő embernek elmondjuk, hogy reményünk van új korszak boldogabb megkezdéséhez. Ez a korszak viszont ott kezdődik, ahol új ember és új emberiség szövetkezik a Teremtővel.

Scrisoare pastorală de Rusalii 2022
“…am fost izbăviţi de Lege, pentru ca să slujim lui Dumnezeu într-un duh
nou, iar nu după vechea slovă..” (Rom.7,6)
Dragi frați și surori!
Mulți spun, în situația noastră dificilă, că cursul lumii se schimbă radical.
Cursul vieții umane nu mai poate continua așa cum a fost, pentru că totul a fost
rescris de pandemie, totul a fost distrus de războiul fratricid al marilor puteri. Această
schimbare trebuie să aibă loc, pentru că aceasta este deja voința lui Dumnezeu
odată cu venirea lui Hristos. Totuși, să nu credem că în prezența lui Dumnezeu,
oamenii care sunt nefericiți din părți diferite se vor găsi curând și se vor împăca la
umbra Domnului nostru.
Cel care caută viața în Hristos Isus se eliberează de lege punând
Evanghelia pe primul loc. El aruncă paragrafele care deschid portițe de scăpare și se
îndepărtează de puterile Satanei. El va fi a altuia și va deveni altcineva! Din păcate,
cei care speră la o schimbare fără Mântuitor vor fi dezamăgiți, pentru că dacă nu vor
fi a altuia, nu vor putea fi alții. Ei pot întoarce haina pe dos, dar dacă nu se îmbracă
cu haine noi, toate vor rămâne în starea lor veche și mortală. Chiar și membrii
bisericii noastre sunt tentați să se gândească: dacă două milenii nu au fost suficiente
pentru victoria împărăției lui Dumnezeu, va fi ea realizată acum și prin mijloace atât
de nedemne? Bolnavul trebuie să fie vindecat, cel care varsă sânge trebuie să se
împace, pentru a ajunge pe calea cea bună și aproape de o soluție. Acesta este un
proces inevitabil care consumă o mare cantitate de energie și prin care trebuie să
trecem cu toții, pentru că suntem cu toții implicați în mizeria care îl umilește pe omul
modern. Acest om modern a aruncat legea, dar nu a cerut ca Evanghelia să o
înlocuiască, ci și-a adus propriile legi stupide, care sunt și mai rele decât cele vechi.
Ei anulează ordinea creației, forțează nefirescul, îl protejează pe cel care încalcă
legea împotriva celui care o respectă, pentru ca noi să ajungem în pragul haosului
străvechi în necontrolabil. Lumea chiar are nevoie de o nouă ordine!
Apostolul Pavel menționează slujirea noii ordini a Duhului Sfânt în
scrisoarea scrisă pentru romani. El vorbește despre o epocă deja cunoscută de
profeți. “Nu meditați la ceea ce este vechi, nu meditați la trecut. Căci Eu fac un lucru
nou…” (Is 43,18-19) Haina nouă, vinul nou, creația a acestui lucru nou a fost dată de
Hristos însuși. De fapt, Lui îi datorăm promisiunea cerurilor noi și a pământului nou,
în a cărui credință se naște omul nou. Hristos este omul nou în această lume, scopul
Lui fiind nașterea noii umanități. “…am văzut coborându-se din cer, de la
Dumnezeu, cetatea sfântă, Noul Ierusalim…” (Apoc.21,2) O societate de oameni
reînnoiți este noua umanitate. Ea vine din cer, și nu din eforturile oamenilor, nu din
fuga temerilor, nu din ideile personalităților la modă. Este exclusiv din voința Sfintei
Treimi, a Dumnezeului unic și etern.
Fie ca Rusaliile noastre să fie un moment de sărbătoare pentru sufletele
noastre, când Duhul Sfânt ne întărește să îi spunem acestui om al speranței de
schimbare că noi avem speranța unei noi ere mai fericite. Acest veac însă începe
acolo, unde un om nou și o nouă umanitate se aliază cu Creatorul.
Rusalii binecuvântate, Domnul iubirii să ne dăruiască tuturor comunități
credincioase!

New Way of Life by the Spirit
Pentecost Pastoral in 2022
“…but now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.” (Romans 7:6b)
Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Many people of our troubled societies claim that the world is changing dramatically. Progression of human life, as we have known it, cannot continue because the pandemic has rewritten history’s course. In addition, the current bloodshed by great powers in Ukraine is changing the former status quo. Transformation is God’s will, and that was declared to us via the arrival of Christ. But we should not expect that in God’s presence people who are feeling miserably on opposite sides would reconcile at the feet of our Lord.
By placing the Gospel before everything else, seekers of life in Jesus Christ could be delivered from the law. They may discard paragraphs that expose the flaws of the law and turn away from Satan. They shall change completely and they shall belong to Christ. Those who seek for a change without the Savior will obviously be disappointed as they cannot undergo a real change if they do not belong to Christ. They may change dresses, but if they do not get dressed up again by the grace of God, they will remain unchanged in a desperate and deadly condition. I wonder if believers are tempted by the following question: if two millennia have not been enough for the Kingdom of God to come, would it come right now to such unworthy conditions?
The ill must recover, and the bloodshed must stop. Reconciliation will lead us close to a solution. This energy consuming process is inevitable because we have all been involved this or that way to the contemporary misery that humiliates modern life. Modern humans rejected the law, but did not seek to replace it with the Gospel. Instead, modern humans create laws of their own weaknesses and silliness which appear to be worse than the old laws. They are overturning the order of creation, they are forcing the unnatural. They are protecting the lawbreaker against the law-abider to get to the threshold of uncontrollable ancient chaos. The world really needs a new order.
In the Epistle to the Romans, Paul describes ministry under the new order of the Spirit. He spoke of a time that the prophets had already known about: “Forget what happened before, and do not think about the past. Look at the new thing I am going to do. It is already happening.” (Isaiah 43:18-19)
Christ gave us a new garment, a new wine, and a new creation. Moreover, He promised us new heaven and new earth, in which new humans are created through faith. Christ is the new human in this world. His intention is that new humankind is being born: “I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God” (Rev. 21:2). Indeed, it will come from heaven and not by the efforts of people. It will neither come by efforts to escape human fears, nor by ideas of prevailing celebrities. It will come by the Trinity, by the will of the eternal God.
May the Holy Spirit strengthen us this Pentecost, so that we can spread the hope for a happier, new epoch, which will begin where new humans and new humanity will really obey the Creator!
May the God of Love give us a blessed Pentecost!
